Skip-a-pay

Skip your December or January auto and personal loan payment(s)*.

Requirements and loan eligibility:

  • $30.00 fee per Skip-a-pay request, per loan.
  • Qualifying loan must be open for at least 6 months (180 days) with 3 consecutive payments made.
  • If the qualifying loan has automatic payments set up, please submit your request at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled payment.
  • Accounts with courtesy pay delinquency of more than 35 or 16 days are not eligible.
  • Members with an open CPI certificate are not eligible.
  • Accounts with a history of charge-offs or bankruptcy are not eligible.
  • Loans paid ahead of time are not eligible.
  • Home Equity, Real Estate, Credit Cards, Shared Secured, and lines of credits are not eligible for Skip-a-pay.

*Some restrictions may apply. Your request must be submitted at least five business days prior to your automatic scheduled payment. A fee of $30 will be incurred per Skip-A-Pay request per loan. Loan must have 3 consecutive payments made and opened for 180 days or more. Ineligible loans: home equity, real estate, credit cards, shared secured, and line of credit.

Order your Spirit Debit Card - Existing Members

The Spirit Debit Card program was created to giveback to local organizations and provide support for their programs. Who will you be supporting?

For digital requests, your Spirit Debit Card will typically be received within 7-10 business days via mail.

Verifying your secure form just got easier and safer.

The following secure forms can now be accessed and verified through online and mobile banking. Form requests can be made via live chat or phone at 915-843-8328.

All submitted forms will require additional member verification. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Members will receive a phone call from a Raiz Member Service Representative (MSR) to verify personal information.
  2. The assisting MSR will request the member to email a copy of their state issued I.D. at the time of phone verification.
  3. Members must confirm that no recent changes to their contact information, including email, phone, and address, have been made within the last 30 days.

    Enter your name and email to start the secure form. As a verification step, a validation code is sent to the email entered.

    Fill in your form

    Copy the validation code and click on the link provided to enter your information.

    Submit and confirm

    After completing the secure form, digitally sign, and press submit. Our team will process your request within the same business day.

  • DocuSign eSignature is a fast and secure way to send, track and sign legal documents anytime, anywhere, on a wide variety of devices. By using DocuSign, Raiz can digitally send many of our member forms requiring a physical signature for an electronic signature.

    • You need a working email account
    • You may be asked to validate some information
    • Digitally signed documents can sometimes be processed within the same working day

    If you have a computer or smart device with internet access, and a working email, DocuSign eSignatures is an easier and faster way to bank with Raiz without a trip to one of our branches.

    1. After submitting your form to Raiz using DocuSign, a notification is sent to our team of Member Services Representatives (MSRs) for action
    2. Our MSRs will process your form relatively quickly and will reach out to you should they have any additional questions.
    3. You will receive two emails during the process.  The first will be with our secure forms partner DocuSign.  This message alerts the member that the form was completed, signed, and sent correctly.  The second email will be from one of our MSRs informing you when maintenance is complete.
