Simply take a photo of the front and back of your endorsed check and submit.

Yes, mobile check depositing is free of charge.

Once your mobile check deposit is made, a staff member will review the check and send you a notification whether the check was processed, or rejected. You will receive an email from our system that your check was received. (This receipt does not mean your check contains no errors and still may be rejected.) After this, you will receive a second email that your mobile deposited check was processed or rejected with the reason why.

Yes, deposits submitted Monday – Friday between 8:30 am – 4:00 pm will be processed the same day. Mobile deposits submitted after business hours will be processed the following business day from the day the items are received. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. Deposits made on these days will be processed the following business day.

You should securely retain the original check(s) deposited for a period of no less than 60 days.

Yes, you can endorse your check by signing the designated area on the back of your check. Be sure to note that the check is “For Mobile Deposit Only”.
