No, there is no fee for an FC Juárez Debit Card.

Report your FC Juárez Debit Card lost or stolen by calling 915-843-8328 during business hours or the 24-hour cardholder service at 1-800-472-3272 (toll free).

A replacement card will automatically be mailed to you within 2 business days from the date you reported it lost/stolen as long as the $5 order fee is available in your account. If the $5 is not available, then a standard debit card will be mailed to you.
